Ron is the grand patriarch of Bartel Machine.  He founded our company in 1983 with a lathe, a drill press, a small line of credit, and a LOT of passion.  Now, thirty something years later, Ron is still full of the same passion and drive, with some added experience, wisdom, and white hair.  When Ron’s in the office, you’ll find him at his desk with an espresso in hand, deep into the mechanical design of something truly unique.  When he’s not here, you can be sure he’s either out on his Ducati, or visiting the grandkids with Judy.
