This pneumatically powered high speed neck ring applicator installs plastic rings on bottles as they pass under the system at filling speed.  Initially designed and built for 6 packs of 2L bottles of salsa, the system retrieves 3 neck rings from an automated magazine stack, senses and clamps a case of bottles, installs the 3 neck rings simultaneously, and releases the case in less than 2 seconds.
