Confectionery Processing Systems

This bottling line is designed to hot-fill 30 (750ml or 375ml) bottles a minute.  Each bottle is organized from a scrambled bulk condition, rinsed, filled, capped, labeled, chilled, and presented for packaging.  The system is operated by 2 filling line technicians, who maintain bottle flow, monitor the automated liquid filling process, and perform required adjustments and procedures for various bottle geometry and product being filled.
