The C1U Biasing System is our robotic arm system that works in partnership with a large weld robot to assemble automotive seat structures.  This system reaches deep into the seat structure and applies specific forces to the recliner mechanisms and maintains position while the weld robot completes the assembly in a fully automated sequence.
